That is the team behind Foundation IT. Some of us spent years on hotel floors and back offices, learning what a night audit really demands and why the front-desk manager hates the report nobody reads. Others led IT for international groups, wrestling integration roadmaps, vendor SLAs and migrations across dozens of properties. A few of us have done both — and that overlap is exactly where we choose to operate.
